Overview
Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are health or personal items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Non-refundable extras:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some hygiene and personal care items
To complete a return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchased item to the manufacturer.
There are certain circumstances where only a partial refund will be granted:
- Book with clear signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing, for reasons other than our fault.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missed repayments
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund amount to be officially announced.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Auction items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Auction items are not refundable.
Exchange offices
We will only replace the item if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, email {limoomarket.info@gmail.com} and send your item to {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to deliver to you later, we will refund the amount to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Return of goods
To return the product, you must send it to the following address: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the amount of time it takes for your replacement item to arrive may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
